Golf Simulator Installation in Detroit, MI

Detroit Winters Don't Get a Vote

Custom golf simulator design, equipment sales, and installation for homes and businesses across metro Detroit. We measure your space, build the system around it, and hand you the controls.

Custom Golf Simulator Installations in Metro Detroit

The season here runs about April through October. A simulator covers the other five months, plus every rainout in between.

We design and install golf simulators across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, from century-old basements in Grosse Pointe to new construction in Novi and Rochester Hills to commercial bays downtown. Every build starts with the room you have, the budget you're working with, and how often it's going to get used. The equipment gets picked after that.

We're independent installers, not a dealer for any one launch monitor company. When we put Trackman in front of you instead of Uneekor, or ProTee instead of SkyTrak, it's because of your ceiling, your swing, and your budget.

Residential Installations

Basement builds make up most of what we do around Detroit, followed closely by garages and pole barns. We also work on new construction in Oakland and Macomb counties, where the room can be framed for a simulator before drywall goes up. If you're building in Northville, Oakland Township, or Macomb Township, bring us in during planning and we'll save you a rebuild later.

Commercial Installations

Simulator bars, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, training facilities, and corporate offices. Commercial bays get hit hundreds of times a day, so the screen, mat, and enclosure have to be spec'd for it, and most venues want booking or payment software attached. We build with that traffic in mind from day one.

How it Works

  • 1 Tell us about your space. Fill out the form with rough dimensions and what you want out of the room.
  • 2 We consult and design. We'll walk the space in person or review photos and measurements over Zoom, then map out two or three build options at different price points.
  • 3 We install it. Most builds take two to five days once the design is approved. We handle it start to finish.

Fitting a Simulator Into a Detoit Home

Ceiling height is the first question we ask, and metro Detroit gives us three very different answers.

Pre-war homes in Grosse Pointe, Royal Oak, Ferndale, Berkley, and Detroit proper usually have basements in the seven-and-a-half to eight-foot range, and that's before you account for the beams and ductwork running underneath. Overhead launch monitors like the Uneekor EYE XO2 need clearance above your swing, so in those rooms we go with a floor-mounted unit beside the ball instead, then trim the enclosure height and reposition the projector to buy back every inch available.

Newer builds in Novi, Northville, Rochester Hills, Clarkston, and the Macomb County subdivisions typically have nine or ten-foot pours, sometimes with a walkout. Those rooms open up the full range of equipment.

Then there are the detached garages and pole barns that Oakland and Macomb counties are full of. Height is rarely the issue there. Insulation, heat, and a dedicated circuit are, and we plan for all three before anything gets mounted.

Downtown lofts and warehouse conversions in Corktown, Eastern Market, and Brush Park sit at the other end entirely, with tall ceilings and exposed structure that make them strong candidates for commercial bays.

Send us a photo and a ceiling measurement and we'll tell you straight whether it will work.

Who We Build For

Homeowners

A bay in the basement or garage you can use before work, after bedtime, or on a Tuesday in February. Practice sessions, full rounds, swing data, and a room the rest of the house will use too.

Bars, Restaurants, and Hotels

Simulator bays have taken off across Royal Oak, Ferndale, and downtown for a reason. They fill slow winter nights and keep guests at the table longer. We build setups that survive daily commercial use.

Golf Clubs and Training Facilities

Winter instruction, club fitting, and league play for clubs across Oakland County and beyond. We can pair the build with support from a certified PGA instructor.

Offices and Corporate Spaces

Client entertainment, recruiting, and a break room people will use. Popular with the automotive, supplier, and legal offices in Dearborn, Troy, Auburn Hills, and the downtown core.

Built Around Your Space

Eight-foot ceilings, a support post in the wrong place, ductwork across the swing line, an unheated garage. We've worked around all of it. Nothing is off the shelf.
