Residential Installations
Basement conversions are the most common project we take on in Ann Arbor. We also build in garages, bonus rooms, and new construction where the room can be framed around the simulator from the start. If you're building in Saline, Dexter, or Scio Township and want the space designed correctly before drywall goes up, bring us in early.

Fitting a Simulator Into an Ann Arbor Home
Ceiling height is the first thing we ask about, and it's where a lot of Ann Arbor projects get interesting.
We like to see at least 10' wide x 12' deep x 9' high. That gives a full swing plenty of room and lets an overhead launch monitor read the ball correctly.
Plenty of homes here don't have that. Older houses around Burns Park, the Old West Side, and Water Hill often have basement ceilings closer to seven and a half or eight feet. That doesn't kill the project. It changes the equipment. Overhead units like the Uneekor EYE XO2 need clearance above the swing, so in a low-ceiling room we'll usually put a floor-mounted monitor beside the ball instead. We'll also adjust the enclosure height, screen position, and projector throw to reclaim inches wherever we can.
Newer construction in Saline, Dexter, Chelsea, and the townships west of town usually has nine-foot basement pours, which opens up the full range of options.
